1. Introduction

Welcome to Kevaat. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, connecting 12th-grade students with university mentors through 30-minute video conversations. By accessing our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 require parental consent.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use.

3. Booking and Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance and processed securely.
• Any additional fees will be disclosed prior to payment.
• Kevaat does not store payment details.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
• If a mentor fails to attend, we offer a full refund or free rescheduling.

5. Code of Conduct

• Users must maintain respectful communication. Any form of harassment or abuse results in immediate suspension without a refund.
• Kevaat reserves the right to monitor and take necessary action against reported misconduct.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

• We use your personal data solely for booking and communication purposes.
• Kevaat does not sell or share user data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, branding, and design elements on Kevaat are protected under intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior authorization.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

• Users should contact Kevaat for payment issues before initiating chargebacks.
• Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.

9. Technical Issues & Session Failures

• If a session is disrupted due to technical issues, rescheduling may be provided (no refunds).
• If the issue originates from the mentor, users will receive either a full refund or rescheduling.

10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

• We integrate third-party services (Zoom, Google Meet) for seamless functionality.
• Kevaat is not liable for technical disruptions or outages caused by these providers.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Any disputes will be settled under Indian jurisdiction.

12. Amendments & Updates

• Kevaat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform notifications.
